Hi everyone, my name is Kariana, and I’m a hardworking and passionate high school lacrosse player preparing to represent Team Israel at the Heritage Cup—an international tournament celebrating elite athletes from around the world. I play attack and have been playing lacrosse for 9 years. Currently, I play club lacrosse for Lacrosse Monkey and the Chandler Huskies, my high school team. I’m proud to maintain a 3.8 GPA at Basha High School. Balancing academics and athletics has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of hard work—values I bring to every practice and game.

Being selected to play for Team Israel is an incredible honor for me. This opportunity is about so much more than lacrosse—it’s a chance to represent my heritage, connect with my roots, and compete with pride on an international stage alongside other Jewish athletes who share the same values and passion.
