Help Kari Burns get to Mayo Clinic

My best friends daughter Kari Burns has been suffering from an undiagnosed illness since November that has caused her to lose the ability to walk or care for herself. She has has seen multiple physicians and had multiple hospital stays throughout Central Illinois. The last visit was with a neurosurgeon in Bloomington who stated "if she was my daughter, I would take her straight to Mayo". This is what we are trying to accomplish. However, the medical bills are adding up and a trip to Minnesota will be costly. Her appointment is March 8,2017. She was told to expect to be in Minnesota 5-7 business days. This means gas, food, and lodging for herself, her mother, Cindy Burns and me. Kari no longer has the use of her legs and is wheelchair bound, and requires two people for transporting and lifting. She had multiple other symptoms including chronic pain and loss of vision as well. Any help would be appreciated as Kari had to resign from her job in December and has yet to qualify for disability.
