Help Karen Tejeda Through Her Health Battle

A couple of days before Thanksgiving this year, Karen Tejeda, was taken to the hospital after fainting at her work. She had been experiencing intense headaches for about two weeks before the accident and had no idea why she was having such pain. The doctors then found out that she had several tumors in her head. This news was extremely hard on her and on our family as no one can ever predict these sorts of things from happening. She was released about a week and a half before Christmas and began waiting for her biopsy results. Unfortunately, on December 27th, she was readmitted to the hospital as the previous treatment attempt failed and she began experiencing intense headaches once again. Karen is a single mom of two little boys who depend on her very much. She has worked so hard to provide for her children and they mean the world to her. She is experiencing a very difficult time right now as she is not able to work and is having difficulty focusing on her health because she is worried about the well-being of her kids. This account was started in hopes to help ease some of those financial burdens and help her and her children through this difficult process. The proceeds will go into ensuring the kids have food and are well taken care of, as well as helping Karen with any other needs she may have. They will also be used to cover a portion of the medical expenses as well. We appreciate any help you can provide.

Un par de días antes del Día de Acción de Gracias, Karen Tejeda, fue llevada al hospital después de desmallarse en su trabajo. Había sufrido de dolores de cabeza por alrededor de dos semanas y no sabía por qué le dolía tanto. Los doctores después se dieron cuenta que tenía tumores en la cabeza. Estas noticias fueron muy difíciles para ella y para nuestra familia también, ya que nadie puede imaginarse que algo así pudiera ocurrir. Le dieron de alta como semana y media antes de Navidad y empezó a esperar los resultados de la biopsia. Desafortunadamente, el 27 de diciembre, fue readmitida al hospital ya que el tratamiento temporal no funciono y empezó a sentir dolor de cabeza de nuevo. Karen es madre soltera de dos pequeños niños que dependen de ella mucho. Ella a trabajado muy duro para mantener y cuidar a sus hijos y ello son todo para ella. Está pasando por unos momentos muy difíciles y no puede trabajar por el momento. Esto le preocupa mucho ya que no puede cuidar a sus niños en este momento. Esta cuenta se abrió con la esperanza de recaudar fondos que puedan ayudar a Karen y a su familia. Todos los fondos van a ser usados para cuidar a los niños y asegurarnos que Karen tiene todo lo que necesita mientras pasa por este proceso.
