Help Karen Merola’s family
Donation protected
My sister Karen passed away suddenly this past Saturday. Her fiancé Nick, her daughters Marissa and Anna could use some help with bills and college expenses.
Karen was a thoughtful and kind person. Always willing to make anyone laugh, even when things were tough for her.
As many of you know, during these difficult times with Covid, the restaurant industry has been impacted the most. Karen was a waitress at iHop in Brick and her fiancé Nick sells produce to restaurants in the area. Times have been tough for them making ends meet this past year. But they somehow stayed afloat and hardly complained.
My family has had countless friends reach out asking how they can help. Karen’s friends have reached out as well. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating.
Thank you
