Karen was recently diagnosed with aggressive, life-threatening Metstatic Colon Cancer that has turned her and her friend’s and family’s world upside down.
She is not only a beloved sister, mother, and friend—she is also full of life, strong-willed, and resilient. Karen has faced and overcome many challenges in her life, but this battle is one she cannot fight alone. Since she has not been able to work since her diagnosis on July 23rd, the costs of care are overwhelming, and despite her incredible strength and courage, the financial burden adds an extra weight to an already difficult journey.
