Help Karen L’Ecuyer keep fighting cancer

 “I don't like being called brave. Brave is when you have a choice. Cancer didn’t give me a choice. I prefer the word “Resilient” to guide me on this journey. Resilience is required to keep pulling myself up on the days I want to quit and I’m not a quitter.” -Karen L’Ecuyer

   This statement is the reason we love our Karen. She is a humble warrior & asking for help is not in her nature. She has loved and supported so many of us in our darkest moments as well as celebrated in our happiest. It is our time to give back to her and help her keep fighting this beast called Cancer.

  As most of you know Karen has been battling stage 4 Colorectal Cancer since December 2021. She has undergone several rounds of chemotherapy, tumor removal surgery & radiation. All of this has been heading in a positive direction and keeping our girl fighting. Unfortunately, her fight is not over and insurance will not completely cover all of her upcoming scheduled treatments as well as possible alternative care in the future. The financial burden of fighting for her life is weighing heavy on her heart & mind. That is where we come in! It’s time to come together and show this beautiful lady how loved she is and just how much we need her in our world.

   We have all witnessed time and time again Karen putting others ahead of herself. We have admired her strong sense of purpose and her unwavering commitment to kindness. We know we are not alone in saying that we are all better people because of her. We don't know why she was given this terrible battle but we do know that once again she is bringing people together to remind us of what is truly important in life…to love each other. She may be too proud to beg but we are not! So, we beg of you to help. The world needs our Karen and together we can strengthen her resilience to keep on fighting.
