My name is Donna Ward. I’m starting this campaign to help my daughter and son-in-law, Kara & Michael Coker, raise funds for IVF. Kara has always wanted to be a mom, and since finding and marrying Michael, I knew this dream would finally come true. Unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned, and getting pregnant hasn’t happened. After seeing a couple of different fertility specialists, they were told they’d have to go the IVF route if they wanted a chance to have kids. Neither of their insurances cover IVF treatments, so the cost of IVF has to be paid for on their own. The cost is roughly $15,000 per round. If you find it in your heart, please make a donation to help make their dreams of having a child come true. Even if you can’t donate or just don’t feel like donating (we get it, fundraising like this isn’t for everyone), we ask that you please pray for Kara and Michael as they move forward on this journey to parenthood.
