Support for Kara During Her Medical Emergency

Hi. I’m Simcha Kackley, Kara’s big sis (through Big Brothers Big Sisters when she was 13 years old!). She’s been my family ever since.

Our friend, Kara Cromer, is going through a tough stretch and could use some help.

yall know she’s an amazing person and hates to ask for help, so I’m doing this for her.

She’s been out of work for three weeks due to a medical emergency and now has to return to the Cleveland Clinic because of post-op complications. She only had 18 hours of PTO at her new job and doesn’t qualify for short-term disability yet, so income has essentially stopped while medical and living expenses keep stacking up.

Kara was already barely scraping by before this happened. Now she’s facing another round of travel, treatment, and time away from work with no financial safety net.
