Kara Butler, a Project Manager at our Somerset NJ site, was very recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Could you imagine? One minute going along happily in your life, enjoying your early 30's with your 3-year-old and 8-month-old sons & husband, being a bright sparkly light, then, the next minute, being told you have breast cancer and will need to have extremely painful and life-altering surgeries?
The good news is that the cancer was detected early but this is going to be an extremely emotionally, physically, and financially draining process, so we would like to try and relieve as much burden as possible for Kara, her husband, and their two young children.
Even if everyone only donated just a few dollars, multiplied by hundreds of teammates, this could totally free Kara up to focus on her healing as she recuperates, instead of worrying about finances. Every penny counts and would be extremely appreciated.
