Hello Everyone,

Finding the ability  to trust in God and his plan for us during trying times like these challenge even the best of us. That is what is so beautiful about my baby sister Kara. She has faith in her Savior and the loving support of friends and family regardless of the trials before her.

It breaks my heart to be sharing this news with everyone today. Many of you have recently shared in our joy as we brought little Lillianne into our lives only to then watch as Kara was immediately diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma right after. I am reaching out to ask for financial aid and support for Kara. She has just started her first round of chemo and has discovered it's extremely painful and more taxing than anticipated.
 
Due to this she will be reliant upon her husband Allen to manage the home, her health and all 6 children including their newborn baby.  These funds will assist in many items to ease Kara's pain and aid her in recovery. She is also wanting to get some wigs for when she starts losing hair. This will also aid with flights for our mother to go and assist in the home. She is currently there without an end in sight. This money will also provide and fill any financial gaps Allen may be experiencing due to being in the home.  With COVID-19 in full swing the children are stuck in the home and are not able to go out and play with their friends. So that is a lot energy running around when trying to battle something so huge.  

This money will also assist wherever needed for the children and grocery delivery. I will leave it up to Allen to decide what he feels needs to be done with the money earned.  If you feel inspired and have a little extra to give please know we are deeply grateful for your sacrifices. Her treatment is currently anticipated to last another 6 months.  A 'share' also goes a long way.
