Help Kanya Escape Domestic Abuse

I am writing this to for the first time to seek assistance from my community. I am out of options, I am a victim of domestic abuse and currently trying to get a divorce from my abuser. I am currently going through the process of adjustment of visa status and my husband has threatened to deport me, call ICE on me, and threaten my legal status. I have been the victim of consistent emotional, psychological, and recently it has escalated to physical abuse. I worry about the safety of myself and my two cats. In order to go through with legal proceedings, I must pay a down payment of $4,500 to an immigration lawyer that would allow me to separate from my partner and obtain a green card under the Violence Against Women's Act.
