Help little Kanishka with her medical treatment.

Hello friends, as you know, our beloved father and husband, Kamal Chhabra passed away on May 7, 2021 after a few months' tough fight with cancer.  Our dad loved enjoying his life and he always helped people less fortunate. One of these people is a distant relative in India, Kanishka, a 12 year old girl with a disorder called Laron Syndrome, a condition affecting the body's growth hormone, leading to poor outcomes. The only potential treatment is extremely costly ($2,000 Cdn/month), which is unattainable for most people in India. The drugs need to be administered prior to puberty in order to be effective.

Kamal became very attached to this lovely girl when he and mom visited India last year, and he talked a lot about supporting her during his illness - even until the day before he passed.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating your funds to this cause. As it is an Indian bank account, we will accept the funds here and then distribute them directly to Kanishka's family.
