Help Kani Achieve Academic and Athletic Success

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters:

My name is Kani Rashied-Henry, and I’m entering my sophomore year at LaGrange College in Georgia. I’m currently majoring in Sports Management and plan to minor in either Finance, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship. In high school, I graduated with a 3.3 GPA and won two state championships in basketball. My first year of college was very successful—I finished with a 3.2 GPA and also excelled on the basketball court.

With the upcoming semester approaching, I’m looking to raise $5,000 to help support my tuition and expenses for the school year. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve often been underestimated and doubted because I’ve always been

younger than my classmates.

Being the oldest of four siblings has placed me in a leadership role from a young age, and I’m ready to embrace that responsibility even more throughout my college education. Thank you all so much for your continuous love and support.
