Our Journey
Since September 2023, we have been hard at work planning a UK-wide tour of Shotgunned, our first official Kangaroo Court production. With no external support or creative arts funding to keep us going, developing this tour has been an exhausting process, but extremely rewarding nonetheless. As it stands at time of writing, we have 37 shows lined up in 2024, with three of them (two in Exeter and one in Bath) already completed. We're less than 10% through our tour and already we have been floored by the positive audience responses, as well as the constant support received from loved ones.
Throughout August we will be performing Shotgunned at TheSpace @ Surgeon's Hall, Edinburgh, most nights at 7:30pm.
We are determined to do the Edinburgh Fringe right and give ourselves and our company the best opportunity possible to stand out. This means performing and living in Edinburgh for nearly a month. This is a huge financial undertaking for us, but as scary as it is, we know it's also an incredible opportunity to showcase Shotgunned as well as ourselves.
For those who are interested in helping us, please do so with whatever you're comfortable with. Your support means the world to us. x

Shotgunned
Written and directed by Matt Anderson, it tells the story of Dylan and Roz, a couple who unexpectedly fall out of love.
It is a poignant and humorous reflection on the messy and the beautiful in relationships and how we can come up against a dead end, no matter how much we care for each other. It also speaks about our dreams and the courage and resilience it takes to follow them.
In equal parts hilarious and heart-breaking, Shotgunned is a relatable and intimate piece of theatre about the people we lose that shape who we become.
