I am asking for help for my son Kane and his family after they lost everything in a devastating house fire. In just minutes, the fire destroyed their home and all of their belongings. The fire was caused by an electrical fire behind the walls, which was the result of a water leak the owners failed to find or investigate further. When the downstairs neighbor reported the leak to the owner, they searched for water in my son’s apartment but found none. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, leading to the fire. My son, his wife, and their three children are now facing the reality of starting over from nothing. What makes this even harder is that two of the kids, the twins, were getting ready to start college in September, and everything for their dorms was lost in the fire too.

The funds raised will help them begin to rebuild their lives by covering permanent housing, clothes, food, furniture, and replacing the everyday essentials the family and children need. Right now, they are in a desperate time of need and fear, not knowing where to begin.
