Help Kanani get back on her feet...literally!

Hey y'all!

My name is Vanessa and I'm a friend and co-worker of Kanani's. As some of you may know, she and her amazing partner Artemio recently tied the knot on March 20th, 2024.

However, only a week later their beloved cat Butters was rushed to the vet and diagnosed with UTD, which can be fatal if left untreated. The only option was emergency surgery, which they chose without hesitation. While Butters has now made a full recovery, they used the entirety of their honeymoon funds to pay for his vet bills, medication and other supplies.

Here's the kicker...only one week later, Kanani broke her ankle while playing with their pup, Brego! After a late night trip to the emergency room, it was apparent that she suffered a very nasty break which ultimately required surgery. She's now at home and healing, but it's going to be a long road to recovery and will require more doctors visits and rehabilitation.
