Hello, my name is Kanami, a dancer/performing artist based in NYC.

You might know me as Let Hair Down, the dancer in Washington Square Park.

I need to start my O1 visa renewal process by June 2024 with my lawyer, and I am in need of your help to cover the cost of this process.

Breakdowns:

-Lawyer's fee $5,000

-USCIS Filing Fee $1,055 (as of April 1st, 2024)

Total $6,055

I've been performing on the street since November 2020, and because of that, I was featured on a bus-stop advertisement by NYC's Mayor's Office, New York Magazine, AM New York, Voice of America, SHOWTIME (Desus & Mero), PIX11 News, and the NASDAQ billboard screen in Times Square, among many others.

And now, I need to renew my visa to keep going with this journey in NYC...

Without this visa, I will no longer be able to stay in the U.S. and perform here.
