**URGENT HELP FOR A MOM & 3 CHILDREN DISPLACED BY HURRICANE MELISSA**
My name is Kamone Burey, I’m from St. Ann, Jamaica. I’m asking for your heartfelt support for my cousin and her three children, whose home was devastated during Hurricane Melissa.
When the storm hit, the roof of their house was torn off, forcing them to run through the raging wind and rain to a nearby structure that was also flooding. Though they survived, their home is now dangerous to live in—walls cracked in two, severe water damage, and mold growing everywhere. The building is too old and unsafe to repair.
They urgently need help to rebuild a small, safe room on more stable land and to meet their basic needs as they start over from nothing.
Your support will help provide:
- Roofing, lumber, cement blocks, steel, and other building materials
- Land preparation for rebuilding in a safer location
- Clothing and school supplies for the three children
- Groceries and essential daily items
- A simple shelter for their chickens, which help support the family
I will personally receive and manage all funds to ensure every dollar goes directly toward restoring their home and stability.
