My Name is Kameron Humphries and I am 24 years old living with (Pmbcl) Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma, which is a type of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I have 4 young kids and my fiancée is currently pregnant with our 5th baby. I love them so much and they’ve been the biggest thing keeping me going.

I was first diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2021, but it was caught in Stage 1, and after treatment I was told that I was cancer free.

In Mid 2025, I started experiencing serious chest pains with swelling in my throat and face. I was then told the cancer was back and that it was a faster spreading type. I’m scheduled to start treatments again on August 1st.

I’ve reached out to lymphoma foundations for grants and support as well, but my doctor told me that I won’t be able to work for 6-12 months. I’m unable to collect work disability from my job since I was only recently hired. With all of this going on, I’m also facing a housing crisis because my landlord needs to sell the home I’m living in with my family. I’ve been denied SSI and have been told that SSDI would take anywhere from 275 to 325 days. I’m currently staying with family until we can get our situation figured out.

I need as much help as I can get to keep my family afloat while I’m getting treatment and am unable to work. We have been trying to figure out how to keep up with car payments, moving, childcare expenses, and basic essentials while I am doing my best to fight this battle. I’m asking anyone who is willing to support in any way that they can even if it is just sharing this fundraiser.
