Help Kamel Aljamal Become a Surgeon and Escape the Genocide

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kamel Khalil Aljamal. I’m a 22-year-old medical student from Gaza in my fourth year of studies. Life here has always been hard, but after the war started on October 7th, it feels like survival itself has become a daily challenge.

Before all this, my life was like that of any young person with dreams. I worked hard at university, spent time with my friends, and planned for a future I believed was within reach. I always dreamed of becoming a surgeon—not just to heal people, but to leave a meaningful impact on this world.

But then everything changed.

Losing My Father-
In May, I lost my father, the person who believed in me the most. He fought stomach cancer for a year, but here in Gaza, there’s a severe lack of medical equipment, treatments, and even the chance to seek help abroad. The war only made things worse. He passed away on May 21st, and with him, I lost not just a parent but my family’s sole source of income.

My father always dreamed of seeing me graduate and become the doctor he knew I could be. Now that dream is up to me, but I can’t do it alone.

Why I Need Your Help-
Since my father’s death, I’ve been struggling to pay my tuition fees. Each semester costs $2,300, and I have six semesters left—about $14,000 in total. Without this money, I won’t be able to finish medical school and pursue the dream that my father and I shared.

It’s not just about the money. It’s about hope—hope for a better future, not just for me, but for the people I want to help as a surgeon.

The Urgency-
Time is running out for me. Without your help, I won’t be able to continue my studies, and everything I’ve worked so hard for will be lost.

What Your Help Means to Me-
Your support means everything. It’s not just financial help; it’s a lifeline. It’s believing in me when life feels impossible. It’s helping me keep a promise I made to my father—to become the surgeon he always knew I could be.

How You Can Help:
1. Donate: Every dollar counts, and no amount is too small.
2. Share My Story: If you can’t donate, sharing this with others will mean so much to me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Whether you donate, share, or even just send good thoughts my way, I am so grateful. Your kindness reminds me that even in the darkest times, there are still people who care.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Love u ❤️
