My name is Prajwal Apagain, and I’m raising funds from Australia for Kamala Lama, a 29-year-old mother from Kavrepalanchowk, Nepal.

Kamala has a life-threatening liver condition called Budd Chiari Syndrome and needs a living donor liver transplant urgently, ideally within the next 10 to 14 days. She is also the devoted mother of a 23-month-old child who needs her care.

The total cost is about 50 lakh Nepali Rupees (around $62,000 AUD) — including surgery, medication, and recovery.

We’ve started with a goal of $10,000 AUD and will increase it as needed. All donations will go directly to Kamala’s medical expenses.
