I normally would never ask for this kind of help, but I am currently trying to raise funds for legal representation related to an ongoing family court case.

I am a mother of two children with special needs, including autism and ADHD/anxiety-related challenges. Since my separation, my children and I have gone through an extremely difficult period that included housing instability and time spent in a domestic violence shelter before we were finally able to obtain stable housing.

For the past few years, I have been doing everything I can to keep stability and consistency for my children while managing ongoing legal, financial, and caregiving responsibilities largely on my own. Unfortunately, the cost of legal representation in California family court is far beyond what I can currently afford.

The funds raised through this fundraiser will go toward an attorney retainer and ongoing legal representation related to my family court case.
