It is with the heaviest of hearts that our family must announce the passing of my beloved son, Kale’ David Akau on September 12, 2025.

Kale’ had many struggles in life, but he had big dreams for his future and the hope for his children to have a great life.

He had the power to light up my day with just a “Hi” or “How are you” that could put a smile on my face on even the most difficult of days.

Now there is a silence where his voice should be. I keep looking for him in the little things – a song, or remembering the way he danced, that would always bring a smile to my face. Although I cannot see him, I feel him in my heart; a love that will never fade.

We ask for your continued prayers and support during this time.

We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in honoring his memory. Details regarding services and celebration of life will be shared soon.

Kale’ you are forever my handsome little man and friend. I will speak to you through the stars, keeping your memory alive.

Kale was a loving father, a devoted friend, and a kind soul who touched the lives of many. He is leaving behind his three beautiful children, who were the light of his life. This sudden and tragic loss has shaken our family and community to the core.
