Help Kaldren Raise Money for his Student Visa

Hello, my name is Kayden Gibson and I’m hoping to fundraise for a dear friend of mine, Kaldren Tashi Jatso, who due to unfortunate circumstances regarding his visa, might have to leave Australia to return back to his home country, Bhutan.

so basically, from the words of Kal,

”I’m from Bhutan, a small Himalayan kingdom between India and China, where although life is very calm and peaceful, opportunities are scarce so my father decided to move to Australia a couple years ago as the opportunities here would be much better for me and my sister, ever since I was a kid, I’ve had an interest for music and when I got here at the end of 2022, My passion grew and once I joined school in 2023, I found out that I could pursue my passion and make a living doing what I love, but now due to changes in immigration laws, my parents have no choice but to go back to Bhutan as they are over the age limit for a temporary or permanent residency, so I also have to go back, I am requesting some support in gathering funds to afford the cost for my student visa so I can stay back in australia and pursue my dreams.”

Kal is well respected by many and it would be upsetting to see him go as he has taught me so much as a musician and as a close friend. In the short time that i’ve known him, he’s shown me the value of true friendship and how important it is to have someone you can trust in your life.

With Kal being the frontman of the upcoming band Serpentine, his departure would also take a huge toll on the band’s future, in terms of recording, releasing music, and gigging. Any amount donated will be highly appreciated.
