Hi, my name Josh Mantel and I am creating this Gofundme for my brother Jeremiah who is 22 years old and sister-in-law Kaitlin who is only 25 years old. As some of you may know, Kaitlin has recently found out she has a tumor in the middle of her brain after having migraines for months and being misdiagnosed for months. After finding out the diagnosis she is scheduled for a very scary brain surgery tomorrow morning at Abbott Northwestern. There has only been 75 cases diagnosed in the United States with this type of tumor. Of those 75 cases, Kaitlin’s surgeon has done 10 of those surgery’s! This surgery will take many hours and could even end up with an additional procedure afterwards. With this extensive of a surgery, Jeremiah and Kaitlin Mantel will have a plethora of expenses piling up due to treatment costs and loss of income due to the recovery time needed. Any donation would help take the stress off these young newly weds.
