Join Kaiden Thorpe's Fight Against Brain Cancer

Kaiden Thorpe is a remarkable 6-year-old little boy who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. After a few weeks of headaches and vomiting, Kaiden was sent for a CT scan that showed a brain tumor. He was then sent immediately to Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC, for further evaluation and treatment.

Kaiden was admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit at Levine for an MRI and further treatment. There, he had an external ventricular drain placed to relieve pressure on his brain. The MRI showed a lime-sized tumor at the back and base of Kaiden's brain, as well as one tumor at the front of his brain and two tumors on his spine. Kaiden underwent surgery on Thursday, August 29, 2024, to remove the largest tumor. The surgery was successful, and they were able to remove the tumor as planned. He is currently still at LCH recovering but getting stronger everyday!

Kaiden will have a long road of recovery ahead and we are unsure of what treatment he will need to undergo for the remaining tumors.

Any and all funds will go towards Kaidens medical expenses as well as any therapy and care he will need along the way.
