Our dear friend Kai has been fighting for her life — and she’s been winning.

Over the past 8 weeks, Kai has bravely committed herself to intensive inpatient and residential treatment, working every single day to rebuild her mental health. It’s been a difficult road, but she’s shown incredible strength, honesty, and resilience every step of the way.

Now, she’s reached a critical turning point in her recovery: she’s ready to take the next step. But she can’t do it alone.

The next phase of Kai’s care includes transitional housing, continued therapy, medication, and support services that are essential to maintaining the progress she’s worked so hard for. The cost for room, board, and medication is estimated at $6,000, and Kai currently has no source of income as she focuses full-time on her healing.
