Kahlua tore her CCL (equivalent to ACL in humans) in both back legs and can not walk. She is only 2.5 years old so she has so much more life to live, if we can raise enough money for her surgeries. We love her so much - she is family. We brought her home during the early months of COVID to bring us some joy during a very hard time. She has helped us and now we need to help her.

We hate that this is coming down to money, but sadly veterinarian costs are so expensive. Our original quote was $6,000 per leg but we are hopeful that a vet we plan to see tomorrow offers prices of $3,000 per leg.

We are in the uncomfortable position of pleading for financial assistance. A fundraiser is the only way we can save our beautiful girl. If you are able to donate and share, we will be eternally grateful. Saving Kahlua's life would be a Christmas miracle.
