Hello! For those who have not met her, this is my baby Kahlua (aka LuLu, Kahlu, stinky bean, Louis, Kahlooney Tunes)! She’s a 10… but her knees don’t work.

Lulu is 3 years old and ever since she was tiny, everyone who has met her agrees that she’s the sweetest girl on the planet.

Unfortunately, Kahlua did not win the genetic health lottery and about a year ago she had to have an arthroscopic elbow surgery on both of her front legs.

Now her front half is good, but she has 2 torn ACLs on her back legs and is in a lot of pain. Walking and even just standing is hard for her right now. Injuries like this in dogs as young as she is don’t often heal properly on their own and, without fixing the problem, she would not have the quality of life she deserves.

Since her injuries are only getting worse, she needs full TPLO surgery in both of her hind legs to give her back the ability to do all her favorite things.

Two surgeries in two years is a big financial hit, but I couldn’t imagine leaving her in pain. If you are in a position to help Lu live up to her full Rottie potential, we would be so grateful!
