My name is Ashley, and I am Kaelan’s proud aunt. I’m reaching out today to ask for your support as my nephew continues his courageous battle against brain cancer.

After months of treatment, Kaelan is nearing the end of his chemotherapy at CHEO in Ottawa, Canada. As part of his treatment plan, the next step in his journey is to travel to Jacksonville, Florida, where he will receive specialized radiation therapy that is not currently available here in Canada.

While OHIP will be covering the cost of the treatment itself, the many expenses associated with relocating to Florida for approximately 6–8 weeks—including accommodations, meals, transportation, and lost income while his parents Jaimie and Martin are away from work—will not be covered.

I’m asking for donations of any amount to help ease the financial burden on Kaelan and his parents during this difficult time. Every dollar raised will go directly to them to help cover the costs associated with traveling to Florida and supporting Kaelan throughout his treatment.
