As many may have heard, Kady Flannery, Pablo Perillan, and their two children Gabi and Sago lost everything on Sunday, May 18, 2025. While they were away from home, their house caught fire and everything was destroyed. In addition to losing all their possessions—furniture, clothes, keepsakes, etc.—they also lost their dog Groot in the fire.

Kady and Pablo would give anyone the shirt off their back if needed and it's time for us to do the same for them. While we cannot replace keepsakes, their feeling of security and safety, or the loss of their dog, we can provide them the means to start recovering from this event. Every dollar raised will go directly to the family to allow them to start the long and grueling process of piecing their life back together. Insurance will cover some of the costs of rebuilding and refurnishing, but it doesn't cover all the expenses a family may face following such a tragedy. Every dollar you give makes their transition back a little easier and takes a little of the mental load off as they start down the road to recovery.
