On March 28th, Sarah took her daughter Kadi into the ER for leg pain/possible fracture, and there they received the news that Kadi had a tumor on her fibula, and they were sent to Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minnesota, where tests were run. Yesterday, Sarah received the earth shattering news that Kadi has osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. Kadi will start chemotherapy next week. Now that Sarah’s life will be indefinitely put on hold while her daughter receives the treatment needed, I am starting this fundraiser to cover expenses such as gas for getting to Minnesota and back, phone service, and basic necessities for the two of them.
