To whoever is here, my name is Kade De Angioletti. This summer, I will be getting top surgery: a life-changing, gender affirming procedure to masculinize my chest. My surgery will be completed by one of the top surgeons for this procedure in the nation. This procedure will be covered by my insurance, but I need your help to cover additional financial needs that will arise pre- and post-surgery!
I am fundraising for:
- transportation to and from post-surgical appointments as I will be unable to ride public transportation
- medical equipment and wish list items that will make my recovery more comfortable and accessible
- emergency funds for the 6-week period that I am off of work to prevent financial strain (groceries, laundry, etc.)
