Hello, my name is Denise Russell, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. My precious two-year-old mini golden retriever, Kacy, suffered a fractured foot on August 6, 2025. It has been an incredibly difficult time for both of us. I took her to the emergency vet, and while she is currently in a splint, the veterinarian has advised that she needs surgery, which unfortunately is not covered by insurance.

I had to spend $1,500 on the 6th for X-rays and the splint, and I’m feeling overwhelmed with worry and sadness for my dear Kacy. I hate to see her in pain, and it’s affecting my ability to sleep, as I constantly think about her wellbeing.

I am reaching out to the kind-hearted community in hopes of finding support. If anyone is able to help with a donation towards her veterinary costs, it would mean the world to me. I would be so grateful for any assistance during this tough time. Thank you for considering my plea.
