K9 Kabana is a dog daycare in Garner, North Carolina, and it is in deep trouble.

According to the owner, James, the landlord has asked for an exorbitant increase in the rent, which would require him to raise prices to untenable levels. He's trying to find a new location, but it is challenging. Initially, he was told he could go month-to-month, but is now being threatened with eviction by this weekend, with a further threat to take everything on the property.

Our dog Daisy has tried multiple daycares, but this is where her friends are. The staff is amazing, and she gets excited every time we get close. It has won multiple awards, is a fabulous local business, and is a pillar of the Garner community. It would be an absolute tragedy if it closed.
