Please Help Jyne Feng Capeding Remove Her Tumor

Hi! My name is Jewel Pi and I am raising funds for my sister, Jyne Feng Capeding. Recently, she has been diagnosed with a SOLID ECHOGENIC MASS (TUMOR) on
THE WALL OF HER BLADDER measuring 4.4 cm. (about 2”). For the past seven months, she has been painfully urinating a darker color and blood. Due to the impact of CoVid-19, going out to see a doctor became extraordinarily hard. She lives in Cebu City, Philippines and as CoVid-19 cases in their area skyrocketed, she was left with very limited options of chat and phone consultations. For months, she has been prescribed antibiotics and recently, her body stopped responding to the majority of them. With help from friends, she was finally able to see a reliable urologist.

She is in IMMEDIATE NEED of TRANSURETHRAL RESECTION OF THE BLADDER, a surgery to remove the tumor in her bladder. The Philippines does not have the most dependable health care system, and although we have a universal health coverage poorly run by the government, this procedure can still cost someone Php 150,000.00 (around $3,000.00). For a household that earns Php 20,000.00 (around $400) a month, this amount is just overwhelming.

This campaign is very important to me because twelve years ago, I lost my own father to the same unfortunate predicament: lack of funds. He died due to kidney failure and didn’t have money for dialysis. I am not going to let that happen to my sister. Back then, I didn’t know that there are people like you who are willing to help. My sister has a four-year-old daughter who greatly needs her. She loves life, and lives humbly and simply, while also trying to help other people in times of need. We pulled everything we have saved, and with help from friends, this just amounted to Php 14,000.00 (around $280): barely enough to cover the tests she has to take before the surgery.

If I had the funds, I wouldn’t even bother knocking at your doors during these uncertain times. However, I am absolutely broke myself, as I recently just recovered from CoVid-19 on the 20th week of my pregnancy. This depleted our savings, as we had to survive on deliveries and extra services during our two-week incubation.
