Our story is most likely known to many of you, as my children and I have been extremely blessed to receive your heartfelt prayers, kind words, and immense support for over six years since the tragic death of my beautiful and precious 8-year old son Tommy Valva❤️✝️ On January 17, 2020 our sweet little angel Tommy was brutally murdered by his horrific abusers: his own father and convicted child murderer - Michael Valva, and his father’s fiancée and convicted child murderer - Angela Pollina. Tommy and his two brothers Anthony and Andrew were subjected by Michael Valva, Angela Pollina, and other high-ranking officials for many years to horrific physical, mental, sexual abuse, trafficking, close to death starvation, unimaginable tortures, brutal beatings, and constant excruciating pain and suffering. What truly happened to my children only God knows, but their abuse was so horrific that even Judge in one of my Court cases stated that our case keeps him up at night as he has never seen case similar to ours in regards to child abuse in his entire career as Judge. Unfortunately, many credible pieces of evidence were purposely hidden by law enforcement agencies to not serve full justice in this case, and at the same time protect very wealthy and well connected abusers, who should spend the rest of their lives in jail for all unimaginable crimes they have committed against my children. Tommy, who was only 8 years old at the time of his martyrdom, showed all of us how to stand for the truth, and defend that truth till the last day of our lives. Tommy and his brothers fought every day to survive, as their lives were in constant danger. Tommy’s unconditional love, beautiful smiles, kindness filled with infinite hugs and kisses, merciful heart, and uncompromising stance for truth and justice made him one of a kind….so precious….and so dearly missed by all of us. Heaven gained another beautiful Angel as Our Almighty and Loving God rewarded Tommy with the most precious gift - the Gift of Heaven.

Words cannot describe our tremendous gratitude and thankfulness to so many good-hearted people who opened their merciful hearts and helped us survive our financial difficulties six years ago. Unfortunately, we are currently facing even greater financial hardship as our house is facing the very last step of foreclosure proceeding, and very soon could be taken away from us, as Court proceeding regarding this matter is scheduled for February 05, 2026.

The foreclosure process was initiated by the bank due to unlawful, and intentionally harmful actions conducted by Michael Valva - Tommy’s father and brutal murderer in our divorce Court matter. Unfortunately, Michael Valva was always extremely protected by the Court during all our matrimonial proceedings, and never punished by the Court for purposely failing to fulfill his Court ordered financial obligations, despite the existence of three Contempt of Court motions filed by me in our divorce action. He kept breaking Automatic Court Orders, and failing to maintain status who during pendency of the divorce. Finally Court’s inaction, lack of justice, and unfairness gave him a green light to stop paying mortgage on our marital residence, and continue living like a king by buying a brand new home with his paramour Angela Pollina in Center Moriches NY (worth half a million dollars), while I and our three little children were forced to face extreme financial hardship, and danger of being homeless.

I was truly hoping to pay off the entire mortgage debt and save our house from foreclosure using federal case settlement funds because I cannot go back to work while providing 24/7 necessary care and assistance to my two surviving children - victims of horrific abuse. Unfortunately, despite reaching the settlement agreement with Defendants four months ago - on 09/24/25, the settlement funds are still not being provided to us but purposely withheld from me and my children by Defendants. My plans of using settlement funds to save our home from being lost were shattered due to highly dishonest and harmful representation of my former and current attorneys in my federal Court matter, Defendants’ harmful and manipulative tactics, deeply concerning Court orders protecting opposing parties best interests for the purpose of prolonging this case even further in time with no settlement funds distribution, as well as deep injustice surrounding my Court case based on violating my due process, and taking away my legal right to defend myself and my loving children in our federal matter. This case, filled with overwhelming amounts of evidence supporting our complaint and proving Defendants tremendous liability and fault in this Court matter, should’ve been over years ago. Instead, the case is being purposely prolonged for six years with no final outcome being reached yet.

What makes the matter even worst, and deeply breaks my heart is the fact that my two surviving children, who were subjected in the past to so much pain and suffering from the hands of their brutal abusers, are also currently in danger of loosing their valuable educational placements that they have been attending for many years if we loose our house due to foreclosure. I cannot even imagine for my children to be exposed to more pain and suffering, and at the same time go back, or not progress in their healing process because we cannot save our house from foreclosure, and their appropriate educational placements where they successfully learn and grow in knowledge.
