I lost my job today, we are down to no income. This is going to impact us greatly, and we are going to need support now more than ever!

Hi, my name is Justin. I work full time to support my wife and our 6½-year-old son. Recently, our apartment management informed us they will not be renewing our lease. At the same time, our SNAP benefits were unexpectedly reduced, and we will not be receiving them this month. Even with my income, we are barely staying afloat

We are asking for help relocating our family out of state. For months, we were promised moving help and told we wouldn’t have to do this alone. We planned everything around that support. But with only three weeks left before our lease ends, that help has suddenly fallen through. We are now scrambling with no backup plan and nowhere to go..

My wife is disabled. Despite her doctors advising her not to push herself physically, she has spent months applying for work. She was denied disability, and every opportunity slips away. She is exhausted, in pain, and doing everything she can to help us move forward.

We are trying to relocate out of state to be closer to my family and to a larger community where we will finally have support. The funds raised will go directly toward relocation expenses, including a moving truck, fuel, and travel costs, as well as our first month’s rent and the security deposit so we can secure housing as soon as we arrive.

We are doing everything we can to provide stability for our son. We just can’t do this alone.
