Help Justin while he recovers from heart surgery

Hi my name is Shari and I am fundraising for Justin Kelly while he has and recovers from open heart surgery on Wednesday the 4th of August. Recovery could take from 6 weeks to a few months.

As a lot of you all know, Justin has been Luca’s sole Carer for his long treatment of leukaemia. All while having heart issues himself. Last month, Justin collapsed while in isolation at Sydney children’s hospital as his mitral valve gave way and ended up in emergency leaving luca alone in isolation. With this pandemic, it has been harder on Justin and Luca as they don’t get to have visitors or family around like normal.

Unfortunately, there is a chance that Justin won’t make it through this surgery. Open heart surgery and replacing valves is not an easy thing to conquer and the down time/recovery time is rough and lengthy.

I’d like your help to raise some money for Justin to pay his medical bills (excess of $10,000 for surgery) mortgage and to help him the best way I know how, to recover without any stress on his heart.

This has been a horrible 18 months. Justin and Luca reside in Canberra but have been in Sydney for treatment for Luca’s rare leukaemia this whole time. Bills don’t stop coming in unfortunately and these 2 have had the book thrown at them. So let’s help them in the only way possible. We can’t change this horrible situation, we can only help by donating. So let’s dig deep for these soldiers and hope and pray to god that Justin makes it out the other side. So they can be together ASAP. Stronger and healthier then today ♥️
