Our friend, Justin Weis, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). He is currently admitted at the KU Medical Center where he is undergoing treatments at this time.
Justin is in good spirits given the suddenness of this situation, but his family could really use your help right now. We’re trying to gather all of the funds that we can to help him and his family through this trying time. Thankfully he has insurance, but anything that you can spare to help offset copays, deductibles, bills, travel and everyday expenses is greatly appreciated. He is currently at KU Medical Center and until his physicians know more of the intricacies of his diagnosis he will not be returning to work right away. This page is meant to try to get as much help to Justin as quickly as possible, but we also plan on having a traditional benefit sometime in December. More information to follow on the benefit.
Justin has two young children and a fiancé that could use your prayers and assistance during this time. I hope that this reaches everyone that Justin has touched throughout his life. If you know him, he has likely made you laugh more times than you can recall. He is hard not to like, and truly loved by many. As one of my closest friends I can honestly say that Justin would do the same for me so please take the time to share this benefit page and donate to a cause where you can make a drastic difference in someone’s life today. Health concerns are stressful enough without having to worry about the financial burden that follows so anything at all would be greatly appreciated at this time!
As we know more in the coming days or weeks we will continue to post updates on how everything is going. If you need to reach me personally, feel free to Facebook message me or reach me through this page.
