Help Justin Secure an Apartment

Hi!

My name is Justin, and since August 15th, 2024, I've been homeless. I've been in a pop-up camper since August 20th.

I want to get housing under me desperately, but it's hard to do so when I can't afford a security deposit, let alone rent in this town. The rent in this town is at a minimum of 800/month, and my job won't schedule me anything more than 16.5 hours/week.

This also disqualifies me from food stamps- I have to be working 20 hours/week. I'm attempting to get more hours, but so far it isn't working. As of this update (2/12/25), I have not had consistent, easy to eat food access in 2 weeks. (UPDATE AS OF 2/18): Food stamps secured! Food is covered until the start of August!

EDIT: as of 2/18/2025, I am 354 dollars in the negative due to my college charging me for a payment plan despite me clearly not having the funds in my account. My bank has allowed this to clear, and I am therefore in trouble. I cannot pay my bills like this- I need help. Please, anything would help.

The money I'm requesting here would go towards a security deposit and rent for hopefully a couple months (edit as of 2/18: as well as getting my bank account back out of the hole!)
