Help Justin Jolin and family recover from flood!

Hello,

As many of you know California has had record flooding late into the winter this year. Justin Jolin and his new wife Chelsea Dague unfortunately had their small quaint creek flood to beyond record levels damaging their family home. The flooding came into their home, their garage and into their vehicles. Flooding multiple feet of water and muddy silt into their home. The damage to the home is unmeasurable. What makes the situation even more heartbreaking is that Justin has spent countless hours working on upgrading the home.

When the flood happened, it happened rapidly, they were very fortunate that it happened during the day. Justin carried his mother over his shoulders to safety. Fortunately, a good samaritan stopped by and was able to help Justin get some key belongings out of the house before the water took over. However, most of his mother's belongings and many of theirs were unsalvagable.

Many of you may know Justin as Warrior, and everyone that knows Warrior knows Warriors works. And work he did, not only on his home, building a place for his new wife and new daughter to feel safe and secure but also for others. Many of you have tile in your kitchen, repairs in your garage, and upgrades to your kitchen. Often this was done at or below anything approaching the market rate. It is time for his friends, family and loved ones to show how much we appreciate and love him and Chelsea. As we speak Warrior is working on the property, deploying floor dryers, fans, removing floors, and removing insulation. Trying desperately to save the home from permanent damage. He isn't sleeping, he is working with a dedication that few have. Warrior is a proud man. Proud of his family, proud of his home. As such, help is not something he is used to asking for. This time is different. He needs us. Chelsea needs us. The entire family needs us.

I had the opportunity to attend Chelsea's and Justin's wedding recently and I can honestly say I have never seen Justin happier. I have known Justin for most of my life and I never doubted for one second that he would be an honest hardworking father and husband. To see that dream come true for them was an honor. Chelsea has brought the best out of Justin and I am happy to now call her a friend too. Surrounded by a cast of some of the most salt of the earth people you will ever meet. The vibe was nothing short of amazing. Chelsea and Justin are good people. This only makes the damage to their home that much more heartbreaking.

Questions of government help, insurance, and other resources may come up but there isn't really anything to speak of available. Fire and flood insurance in that part of Shasta County is cost-prohibitive. No new family has that in their budget. In many cases, we are talking thousands of dollars per month.

As friends of these two amazing people let's get them some relief, let's help them get that home back to the dream that it was intended to be.
