On April 28 of 2025, Justin Jeffers, a member of the local 234, was working at a medical facility when the ladder attached to the building became loose and was unstable, resulting in him falling about 14 feet. Justin sustained a broken Tibia and Fibula in his right leg shattered them both in his left leg, along with a fractured Radius and Ulnar Bone in his left arm. It will be 3 months before Justin can put weight on his legs and he will likely be out of work for 5, maybe 6 months. Justin has had/will require multiple surgeries and much physical therapy. It will be a long road to recovery. Justin is a hard worker and very anxious to return to work. Let's help our brother and his family during this time of need.
