This page was created on behalf of the late Debra Howard to help her surviving son Justin McNiven as he makes arrangements for her aftercare and does his best to honor her final wishes after her sudden passing. Through this process, he will also be caring for Debra’s husband Bob Howard, who survives her in spite of their almost 30 year age gap in which he is the senior. Justin appreciates any and all donations. He will use them to ensure that his mother’s body and memory are given the respect and dignity that they deserve, and to ensure that Bob continues to be given the care, comfort and happiness that Debra always provided for him in life.
