My name is Justin Lokey. For the past 25 years I’ve been engaged in missions both stateside and overseas. While on staff with Cru, my wife, Kristen, and I raised our five children in North Africa. For the last five years, it’s been a privilege to serve as the Pastor of an Anglican church in the North Dallas area called Faith Church.

About 12 years ago, in my late 30s, I was diagnosed with a condition called Tooth Resorption. Likely due to genetics and possibly aggravated by extensive orthodontic treatment, several of my teeth have decayed from the inside and needed to be removed. My overall dental hygiene has always been strong. Unfortunately, this condition was not preventable.

I currently use two "partial" devices both for my upper and lower teeth. In other words, I have a device of fake teeth that attaches to my remaining teeth. I have about half of my real teeth remaining in my mouth.

Two things have happened recently that have caused me to seek a more significant treatment plan. First, I have several more teeth that are decaying from resorption and will need to be removed. Second, my jaw bone that would receive implants is receding, which is normal. This second factor creates the need to take action quickly.

I will need to have all of my teeth removed and permanent implants with "All on Four" dentures installed on both my upper and lower jaw. Recently, a Christian dentist and oral surgeon have graciously committed to doing the $50,000 procedure for $23,000.

This significantly reduced cost is still beyond what we can afford. Would you prayerfully consider giving toward this $23,000 procedure?
