Help Justin Dance Again—Knee-dless to Say, He Needs a Hand!

Our dear friend, Justin, is a choreographer, performer, teacher, and the creative heartbeat behind Jus10DanceCo. He’s dedicated his life to transforming audiences through movement—spinning stories with his body, lifting spirits with every leap, and teaching students to do the same.

But now, Justin is facing one of the hardest challenges of his career—and it has nothing to do with choreography.

Recently, Justin suffered a serious knee injury that required surgery and will involve extensive rehab. As a professional dancer and educator, this injury affects not only his health but also his livelihood. He’ll be unable to work during recovery, which means no teaching, no performing, and no income until he's back on his (hopefully very stable) feet.

Justin’s resume is a dancer’s dream: trained in Chicago, he’s performed with prestigious companies like Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago II and Thodos Dance Chicago. He’s also shared his passion and talent with students at Butler Ballet, New York Repertory School for Performing Arts, and as an adjunct lecturer for IU Contemporary Dance. He’s inspired so many—and now it’s our turn to support him.

We’re raising funds to help cover:

  • Surgery and medical expenses
  • Physical therapy and recovery costs
  • Lost income during recovery
  • Basic living expenses like rent, food, and—you know—Netflix to keep his spirits up

Let’s be honest: dancers aren’t known for sitting still. But for now, Justin needs to rest, heal, and get the support he deserves from the community he’s lifted up time and again.

Please consider donating if you can—and if you can’t, sharing this campaign is a huge help. Together, we can make sure Justin’s next performance is a comeback story.
