Help Justin Compete at Rowing World Championship in Shanghai

Hi! I'm Justin,

I’m honored to have been selected to represent the United States in the Lightweight Men’s Single at the 2025 World Rowing Championships. This year’s event will be held September 21–28 in Shanghai, and I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity to compete on the world stage.

I started my rowing journey with Saugatuck Rowing Club in 2014. In 2019, I joined the University of Delaware Rowing Team, competing at the club level while also serving as team president from 2021–2022. In my final season, I helped lead the Lightweight 4+ to victory at the 2023 Dad Vail Regatta. Internationally, I represented the U.S. in the Men’s Under 23 Lightweight Quadruple Sculls in 2022, finishing 4th in the world.

Why your support matters:

The Lightweight Men's 1x in the US operates on a self-funded basis with no financial support from USRowing, the national governing body. This requires all costs related to training, competition, travel, accommodation, transportation, fees, and equipment to be covered independently. Through this campaign, I hope to alleviate some of the financial load my home club, the Conshohocken Rowing Center, has taken on for my sake. With this in mind, I have set a goal of $15,000 to cover flights, regatta expenses, equipment rentals, and other related costs.

I am incredibly thankful to the amazing coaches at the Conshohocken Rowing Center this year, particularly Coach Craig Hoffman, who has devoted countless hours of his time to coaching and supporting me throughout this Spring and Summer. Of course, I would also like to thank all the stakeholders and donors behind the CRC who make this all possible. It's their belief in this program that imbues greatness in the athletes of this boathouse.
