Hello, my name is Justin Polk. My mother passed away on May 28th. EMTs tried to save her, but she didn't make it. She had suffered a heart attack when no one was around, and when they got her pulse back, it was only for a short time before she went back into cardiac arrest.

I'm just asking for help to get her cremation and bring her back home to Alabama with our family where she belongs.
