Help Justin and Jenna Rebuild After Tornado
Donation protected
As most of you may know, Justin and Jenna (my brother and sister-in-law) recently experienced a horrible natural disaster as a tornado ripped through their Largo Florida home without warning. Jenna was home alone with their two cats as the tornado hit and Justin was out of town for work. It was a terrifying and traumatic experience she will never forget. While we are all so thankful that Jenna and the cats were not harmed, the emotional and financial toll is overwhelming. Their house is uninhabitable and much of their belongings were destroyed. Justin and Jenna will be displaced from their home for at least a year as it undergoes repairs. Thankfully they do have homeowners insurance, and their home will be rebuilt. Unfortunately the insurance covers only a certain amount which does not take into account all the additional costs they have already incurred and what is still to come. They lost a lot of their furniture, had to cover moving costs, storage, insurance deductibles, a public adjuster, and the list continues. Jenna also has not been able to work her summer job between packing to save what they could from the house, and the fact that her brand new car she just purchased a few weeks ago was also damaged in the tornado and will be in the shop for at least a few weeks. The financial burden continues to build. Any contribution-no matter the size- will go directly to helping Justin and Jenna rebuild their lives and cover essential needs during this period of displacement. Justin, Jenna, and both of their families want to express our sincerest thanks for all the outpouring of love and kindness from friends, extended family, and even strangers. Your generosity means the world to us.
