Help Justice & Andrew rebuild post-fire
Donation protected
Dear Friends of the Rev. Justice Schunior and Andrew Baisch:
Thank you for visiting this page to give what you can to support this beloved couple as they rebuild after a fire destroyed the majority of their earthly possessions. They are safe and temporarily housed with friends, as the fire burned down their new apartment.
Justi and Andrew could use our support as they:
-Pay $2500 back to the people who bought their Denver condo for the 5 days they stayed beyond contract and/or hire a lawyer to take on their case.
-Buy new laptops, clothes, and other household items.
-Restock a pantry in order to cook wholesome, delicious meals again.
Additionally, the couple lost irreplaceable heirlooms, a well-appointed spice collection, and many prized books.
If you are aware of where one might find a Consolidated Oxford Dictionary (the big one that requires a magnifying glass), Andrew would be most appreciative. Folks with extra copies of Paulo Freire, James Cone, Liturgies from Below, or other theological gems are invited to send those along to Justi, who laments the loss of her well-loved, and thoroughly annotated theological library. The couple is making a list of destroyed books, and that will be shared when it is available for those who wish to help them rebuild their library.
The couple hope to get 10% of the value of their possessions back via insurance. So any amount contributed will be of significant help in their restoration efforts. Money donated here will go straight to them.
Thank you for showing love to Rev. Justi and Andrew.
Questions can be directed to the Rev. Lauren Grubaugh via this platform.
